ZADECON is a construction company with more than 20 years of experience, founded in 2001 as an engineering company and expanded in 2004 as a construction company.
Specialized in design, calculation, construction and renovation, ranging from small renovations to integral projects.
Our engineers, with extensive knowledge in structures and installations, make Zadecon start to stand out.
Due to the trust and the good experience generated by Zadecon’s services, more and more clients ask us to take care of 100% of the construction of the halls.

- Our engineers, with extensive knowledge in structures and installations, make Zadecon start to stand out.
2004 - 2007
- Due to the trust and the good experience generated by Zadecon’s services, more and more clients ask us to take care of 100% of the construction of the halls.
- We make our first turnkey constructions, subcontracting trades.
- We started by building relatively simple, low-budget ships.
2009 - 2012
- The construction crisis makes us mutate and we specialize in the renovation and adaptation of warehouses, being more and more competitive in this field.
- Thanks to our low debt and very efficient overhead cost structure, the crisis is being withstood.
2012 - Present
- The team has continued to grow, becoming more and more multidisciplinary and able to deal with more and more complex issues with increasing agility.
- We have more than 50 professionals so our skills have not stopped growing either.
